Each package covers the listed number of one-hour sessions, study materials specific to IELTS or university entrance exams, and progress tracking. Mock tests and detailed feedback are included in the Standard and Intensive packages.
How do I pay for tutoring sessions?
Payments are accepted monthly in advance via bank transfer or cash at our Luxor location. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle, and receipts are provided for every payment.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes, students can upgrade or downgrade between packages at the start of a new billing month. Contact us before your renewal date to adjust your plan based on your exam timeline and progress.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions missed with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to tutor availability. Late cancellations or no-shows are counted as used sessions under the package terms.
Do you offer single sessions instead of packages?
Single sessions are available for students who prefer a trial before committing to a package. Rates for individual sessions are higher than the per-session cost within a monthly plan and can be discussed during your initial consultation.
Are the mock exams scored using official IELTS criteria?
Mock exams are assessed using the same band descriptors used in official IELTS scoring, giving students an accurate picture of their current level and areas needing improvement before the actual test date.
